The Senior Pastor of the Light of the World Mission Church in Texas, United States, Femi Kajogbola, has disclosed that on September 10, the church will present an award to the Iyaloja-General of Lagos, Chief Folashade Tinubu-Ojo.
Kajogbola made this disclosure in a statement on 2023 edition of the annual award programme.
The cleric explained that the award is given to unsung Nigerians whose contribution to society is not widely recognised and the church uses its platform to celebrate such individuals.
According to him, the award would attract eminent personalities including Mayor of Arlington, Texas, Jim Ross.
Kajogbola said, “The award is a result of Iyaloja’s dedication to God and prayers during her father’s journey in becoming Nigeria president. We also recognise President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s efforts in bringing the citizenry together across ethnic, religious, regional and political divides.
“Ross is also trying to replicate the same in Arlington. He indicated interest in meeting with President Tinubu to discuss possible partnerships.”
