The owner of Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile, Osun State, Dr Rahman Adedoyin,have been found culpable in the murder of Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University.
The Osun State Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo, gave the judgement on Tuesday.
According to Vanguard, Justice Ojo made the declaration while reading his judgment during the ongoing trial of Adedoyin and other suspects in Osogbo.
It would be recalled that Adegoke was killed in Adedoyin’s hotel in 2021.
