The afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti has expressed appreciation to all those who cared for him while he was in custody.
Kuti was accused of assaulting a police officer in a widely circulated video.
He was held at the State Criminal, Investigations and Intelligence Department, SCIID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos, following a court order from a Yaba Chief Magistrate Court.
Moreover, Adeyinka Olumide-Fusika, Kuti’s counsel, on Tuesday, explained that it was rather administrative procedures that truncated his immediate release via bail.
