Nigerians on various social media platforms have applauded the newly released video of Kizz Daniels new single ‘Shu Peru’.
The video directed by TG Omori, has gathered over 282 thousand views on YouTube since its release 15hours ago.
In an interview with The PUNCH, the singer attributed the song’s inspiration to his just concluded world tour.
He said, “My new single was borne out of my experiences during the first leg of my world tour.
“I will continue to push the boundaries in the industry, making headlines for my exceptional music and creativity”, he added.
A social media user identified as @lepatiny describes the song as “infectious”
She said “‘Kiss Daniel with his afrobeat catchy beat and infectious lyrics in Shu Peru video is really getting stuck in ones head. You need to feel the vibe.”
In the same vein, @iam_lakays added that the song has the party vibes groove.
In her words, “that Kizz Daniel Shu Peru video is too clean ahhh! I just love everything about the video and the song is really a party song.”
Another social media user, @Always God urged Nigerians to watch the video adding that it represents the genre perfectly.
Also, @OtunbaToba with a funny picture attached to his post said ‘I love this guy in Shu Peru Video 😂.
The song was mixed and mastered by Los Angeles based engineer Jaycen Joshua.
