A communal clash on Monday broke out in the 3rd Avenue area of Gwarinpa, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Videos of the incident making rounds on social media showed that several persons have been injured.
It was gathered that the clash is reportedly between some Gbagyi and Hausa tricyclists.
According to The PUNCH, a resident stated, “The fighting is between Gbagyi and Hausa Keke Napep riders”.
“It’s happening on 3rd Avenue where I live, and we can’t go out. Several persons have been injured.” Another resident noted.
At the time of filing this report, the police is yet to react to the incident.
