Nigerians have been on the lookout for popular music producer and record label owner, Don Jazzy, since news of the Police being called to the Beverly Hills home of pop sensation Rihanna after an unidentified man from South Carolina showed up at her doorstep with plans to propose.
Recall that Don Jazzy has been vocal about his love and admiration for the superstar, Rihanna, and the revelation of her relationship with Asap Rocky didn’t help.
He had on several occasions stated his desire to make Rihanna his wife and one time, he went as far as sharing a photoshop of himself and Rihanna in the Nigerian traditional attire as man and wife.
Although many people have always thought of Don Jazzy’s renowned affection for Rihanna as hilarious, others insist there’s some seriousness in his profession.
According to reports, the yet-to-be-identified man arrived at the singer’s house and informed her security that he was there to ask for her hand in marriage.
The security team promptly alerted the authorities, and the police arrived on the scene to detain the man. He was handcuffed, put in a car, and had a serious talk with the police about his intentions.
It is unclear whether Rihanna was at home at the time, but sources confirm that the man was eventually released and warned never to return.
Also, the mother of one has yet to comment on the arrest of her mystery suitor.
