Afro Pop star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, returned to social media by announcing his new album, ‘Timeless’.
The ‘A Better Time’ singer shared the news with his 13.2 million Twitter followers on Tuesday afternoon.
Davido, who only made a brief return on December 18 and 19, 2022, before and after his historic performance at the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, had been away from social media since the demise of his son, Ifeanyi, in October 2022.
Announcing his new album, Davido tweeted, “There is a time for everything. A time to Grieve and a time to Heal. A time to Laugh and a time to Dance. A time to Speak & A time for Silence. Thank you to everyone out there for your love, and that has held me down.
“My next album TIMELESS is here on March 31st. All the love and messages while I was away, the gifts sent, the concerts you all threw! I appreciate it all. Today, I want to remind you all that what is now Timeless, was once new. It’s time for new.”
