A house belonging to the former president general of Urhobo Progress Union, Chief Joe Omene in Mosogar, Ethiope-West Local Government Area of Delta State has been set ablaze by suspected thugs.
So far, it is unclear if the former union leader was able to retrieve any of his belongings.
Daily Post reported that the ex-president general has relocated to an undisclosed area for safety.
Also, there is no report if any member of his family was injured or killed.
It was noted that Chief Joe Omene is a supporter of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Delta State.
