Popular comedian and actor, Ayo Makun, has written a passionate ode to the Labour Party’s candidate for president in the recently held election, Peter Obi, for his unshakable commitment to building a better Nigeria.
Although Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress won the 2023 election, Obi was lauded by AY for his bravery, tenacity, and ambition. He took satisfaction in the politician’s ideas for the nation’s future.
He wrote; “From the very day you honoured my open invitation to speak with Nigerians concerning the 2023 elections, I became proud of you and, what you represent.”
AY continued by reassuring Obi of his unwavering support no matter what lay ahead and encouraging him to be loyal to his sincere aspirations for the nation.
“Till this very minute, you st ill make a lot of people feel so proud of your courage, hardwork, ambition, and plans for a better Nigeria. Continu e to be honest with your genui ne intentions for our country, Nigeria.
“No matter what you do in your life. Just know that I will always be supporting you”, he added.
