Customers lament as MTN services shutdown

The total shutdown witnessed on the network of the African telecommunication giant, MTN today has caused a lot of reactions from the subscribers.

The telecoms giant revealed earlier today, that all its data services are not available for all users of the services, currently.

According to the telecom giant, through a statement issued by the management on Tuesday, it was noted that the current development on its network is due to the national downtime, currently witness in Nigeria.

However, the network provider, while apologizing to all their esteemed customers, throughout the country, noted that the management will not stop trying, in making sure that their customers receive the best services.

While reassuring all the esteemed customers, of their commitment to serve them better, the company appealed that the services Will be back soon and more better than it was.

The official statement from the management read does, “We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please bear with us and check back later for updates. Thank you for your understanding.”

Meanwhile, all subscribers were being advised to keep abreast the latest update from the company, while the management keep working on how best to resolve the recent development.

However, this new development caused a lot of reactions among customers, who were badly affected by the situation.
