Christian Atsu hasn’t been found – Wife
Claire Rupio, Partner of Ghanaian international, Christian Atsu, has stated that she is unsure over the safety of the player’s safety.
The player was declared missing after the earthquake that rocked Turkey on Monday.
Previous reports had claimed that the Turkish based player has been found injured.
Marca, Goal.com, all quoted Portuguese Media Platform, A Bola, stating that the player has been rescued.
However in a latest development, the player’s partner, Claire Rupio, has revealed that she was surprised over the conflicting news about the whereabouts of the player.
She stated this during a live on the British Broadcasting Corporation on Thursday.
“The last time he spoke to us was on Saturday morning, It’s just surprising for his club to confirm he’s been found and after 11 hours we hear something different, but I trust and still believe he’s alive,” she stated.
