The Federal Government, through the Ministry of Interior, has launched a new passport front office in Lagos State on Monday.
The new passport office is located at the Alimosho Local Government Area of the state.
The Nigeria Immigration Service opened the office to make the application, processing, and collecting of the Nigerian international passport even easier for residents of Lagos and for all citizens.
Inside Mainland reported that the NIS public relations officer, Anthony Akuneme, revealed in a statement that the minister of interior, Rauf Aregbesola, noted that no fewer than 14 new passport front offices would be opened in Lagos, since the state accounts for 50 percent of all applications nationwide.
