Six persons kidnapped during the attack on a train station in Edo state have regained their freedom.
According to the Cable, this was disclosed by the Edo State Government on Monday.
It was gathered that rescued victims were identified as a 65-year-old man, a nursing mother with her baby, a six-year-old girl, and two siblings aged two and five years old, respectively.
PUNCH METRO reported that passengers awaiting a train ride at Igueben in Igueben Local Government Area of Edo State to Warri in Delta State were reportedly kidnapped by suspected herdsmen armed with AK 47 rifle on Saturday evening.
