Seven ladies were burned to death while seven others were injured in a single collision on the Sagamu-Benin Expressway on Wednesday.
The incident has been confirmed by the Spokesman, Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps, Mr Babatunde Akinbiyi, in Abeokuta.
According to Akinbiyi, seven others were injured in the accident that occurred about 2.50 p.m.
He also said that the AGL 886 YD-marked bus suddenly caught fire due to an engine overflow.
He reported that seven girls died and seven others were injured in the lone deadly collision.
