The Blue Line Rail Rolling Stock was spotted on tracks heading towards the Marina Train Station opposite the Lagos House, Marina, on Tuesday.
According to Vanguard, the video was shared by an aide to the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Jubril Gawat, on his Twitter page.
The Lagos state government had promised that the train would commence work from December 2022.
The blue line rail project is one of the ways the Lagos is seeking to manage the traffic situation in the state.
