Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has warned members of the National Road Transport Workers in the State to desist from violence.
He stated this while reacting to crises among factional groups in the Association.
It was reported that some hoodlums had stormed the old garage to take over the control of the motor park from Kazeem Oyewale Eniba, who they said is a member of the All Progressives Congress.
Reacting to the incident, Adeleke, in a statement signed by his spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, urged the union leaders to maintain peace across parks, warning against violence.
“All union leaders and their supporters are hereby directed to remain calm and bring any grievances to the State Government for resolution. Security agencies are consequently directly to maintain law and order
