Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command on Thursday arrested a Lekki shooting survivor, Jacob Desmond, at the Lekki Tollgate.
Desmond who was being interviewed at the Lekki Toll Gate was emotional after remembering the ugly scenes which led to the mysterious death of young protesters at the Lekki Toll gate two years ago.
The survivor who is a dispatch rider revealed he could have lost his life during the attack on October 20, 2020, but while crying as he spoke to journalists, some policemen came and took him away.
However, The PUNCH, reported that Desmond was later released after he was questioned by the police who had earlier picked him up.

Reacting to the Incident, some Nigerians on social media berated the police for arresting Desmond.
