A seven-storey building collapsed in the Lekki area of Lagos State, trapping at least six persons in the rubble.
Confirming the report, the Lagos Territorial Coordinator, National Emergency Management Agency, Ibrahim Farinloye, revealed that the collapse occurred close to the Sand field bus stop, in Lekki.
Farinloye added that LASEMA has deployed emergency responders who have already commenced rescue operations at the scene of the incident.
He said, “Seven-storey building collapsed at Sand field bus stop, Lekki. Six people are said to be trapped and responders on ground.”
